Expert GCSE teaching, in the centre of the city
If your teenager is heading into their GCSEs and you want them in front of a qualified teacher every week, without trekking across the county to get there, our city centre sessions are built for exactly that.
We run small group Maths, Science and English at Nottingham Girls' High School, easy to reach from Arnold, Mapperley and right across central Nottingham. Every group is taught by a qualified teacher, capped at 10 students, and led by the same face week after week.
Our weekly GCSE groups
Every group is capped at 10 students. £45 per 90-minute session. Groups fill ahead of September, and once a group reaches 10 that's it, so the earlier your child joins, the better.

Why families choose our city centre sessions
A qualified teacher, every week
No students, no stand-ins. Just an experienced teacher who knows the specifications and gets to know your child.
The same teacher all year
Your child builds a real relationship with one teacher who tracks their progress and adapts each session accordingly.
Genuinely small groups
Capped at 10, so every student gets attention, gets asked questions, and can't quietly switch off at the back.
I teach the Science groups myself
I'm a qualified teacher and the founder of Rose Tuition, and I'm in the room for Science every Wednesday.
Your first session is free
Come and see the teaching before you commit to anything. No watered-down sample, no pressure.
Simple, transparent pricing
Each 90-minute group session is £45 per student. That buys expert teaching from a qualified teacher, in a group capped at 10, with the same teacher every week.
Your first session is always free, so you can see exactly what you're signing up for before you pay a penny.

Questions parents often ask
Which year groups are these for?+
Our city centre groups are GCSE level, so mainly Years 9 to 11. If your child is younger or older, get in touch and we'll point you to the right option.
Which exam boards do you cover?+
We work across the main exam boards. Tell us your child's school and board when you get in touch, and we'll make sure they're in the right group.
What actually happens in a free taster?+
Your child joins a real session and is taught alongside the group, exactly as normal. You'll get a feel for the teacher, the pace, and whether it's right for your child, with no commitment either way.
Do you offer one to one or online tuition too?+
Yes. Alongside these city centre groups we offer one to one tuition and live online sessions, all with qualified teachers.
How big are the groups?+
Never more than 10 students. That cap is a promise, not a guideline.
