c. Tuition sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and the tutor. Changes to scheduled sessions must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in advance.

    a. Fees for tuition services are communicated to you at the time of booking and may vary depending on the subject, level, and duration of tuition.

    b. Payment for tuition services is due in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

    c. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a tuition session, please refer to our cancellation policy for information on refunds or fees.
