At Rose Tuition, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to scheduled tuition sessions. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity on how cancellations are managed and any associated fees. Please review the following policy:

a. If you need to cancel a tuition session, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session start time.

b. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled session.

c. To cancel a session, please contact us directly by phone or email, providing your name, the date and time of the scheduled session, and the reason for cancellation. 

a. In the rare event that we need to cancel a tuition session due to unforeseen circumstances such as tutor unavailability or technical issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

b. If we are unable to reschedule the session, you will not be charged for the cancelled session, and any prepaid fees will be refunded.

a. If you need to reschedule a one-to-one tuition session, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time.

b. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for rescheduling, subject to tutor availability.
